COPYRIGHT NOTICE & IMAGE LICENSING The default copyright for photography is based on the Standard License usage.

Please let us know If you require a written agreement clarifying your expectations and image licensing.

Exclusivity
Telling Photography Ltd retains copyright at all times and providing payment is met within the specified timeframe grants an exclusive royalty free image license to the client in perpetuity, all media, all territories. The license in non-transferable. Telling Photography Ltd may use non-sensitive images (i.e. images that do not display confidential material or identifiable persons) from any commissioned work for their own PR purposes including website blogs and social media unless stated otherwise by the Client. The Client has the right to disagree any of the terms with an option to amend the exclusivity clause in writing or by email to hello@tellingphotography.com. Where appropriate Images should be credited to Telling Photography (www.tellingphotography.com).  

Standard License
For general Marketing, Corporate PR and Editorial (trade). All images come with a standard license to use by your company/organisation for use on a website, editorial articles including national trade magazines or press articles, PR, general business marketing. License is also granted for distribution to individuals for personal use. This list is not exhaustive but gives an idea of where standard license is categorised - including Brochures, Collateral, Direct Mail, Intranet, Marketing Aids, PR, Websites and social media platforms.

Extended License
For Advertising, Resale at unlimited print runs/digital reproduction we use a BUR (Base Usage Rate) for guidance - currently £75 for each image or £675 for the collection. This is at our discretion and may be altered depending on circumstances where images are used. Extended licensing fees to all images for use in areas such as national/international advertising in print or electronically including advertising on the world wide web, international magazines or press, resale items and for any other kind of distribution not listed in Standard License. Examples of where an Extended License may be applied - Ambient media, Internet (global) , OOH (Out of Home Advertising), Point of Sale, Posters, Press, TV (Including interactive)
